I charge by the job, not the hour. It takes a lot to complete a project including experience, licensing, insurance, etc.

I love learning new things and teaching what I have learned. I found in construction that most of my clients hired cheap help and then call me to fix what the cheap “carpenters” messed up.

I have a strong eye for attention to detail and believe strongly in safety, integrity, and dependability.

As a life long learner, like my father and grandfather, a polymath. As a foster parent I got creative by looking for new things to teach my boys. When I was an in-home interventionist for at-risk families. I did everything from cleaning, organizing, rodent and roach control, budgeting, communication, co parenting, and acroyoga. I love to teach what has dramatically improved the my own life and the lives of my foster kids and clients.
